CS 1.6 Gold (Gold Edition) is a custom Counter-Strike 1.6 build with a gold theme. It keeps the classic CS 1.6 gameplay and adds 27 gold weapon skins, a dark menu with yellow accents and an optimized config.

Gold weapon skins

The build replaces 27 weapon models with HD gold versions taken from CS: Source - rifles, pistols, the knife and grenades all get a gold finish, including the M4A1 and the Desert Eagle. The remaining weapons keep their standard Counter-Strike 1.6 look. You can also drop in your own skins if you want to change the set.

Menu and interface

The menu uses a dark theme with yellow accents and a GSG9 operative on the background. The desktop launch icon is reworked to match the gold style. The HUD, radar and buy menu stay standard.

Gameplay and performance

An optimized config keeps FPS stable on both modern and older PCs. You can add bots for offline practice through the H-menu or the console, and the build runs on all versions of Windows.

Servers and customization
