The CS 1.6 Hydra build is a Counter-Strike 1.6 repack with 11 changes, themed around CS:GO's Operation Hydra. What is Operation Hydra?
Operation Hydra was the eighth operation in CS:GO, running from May 24, 2017 to November 13, 2017. CS:GO operations are paid, time-limited events that last about six months. Players complete missions to earn points and, once they pass certain thresholds, receive operation cases or skins from the operation's collection.
